Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of InboxManager, an AI email assistant for Gmail and Outlook. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use InboxManager on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

01Who operates InboxManager

InboxManager and the inboxmanager.ai website are operated by the administrator of the inboxmanager.ai service. You can reach us at support@inboxmanager.ai.

02Your account

You need an account to use InboxManager beyond the demo. You must give a valid email address, confirm it with the code we send, keep your password secure and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity in your account and in your workspace, including actions by people you invite. Tell us right away at support@inboxmanager.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to use InboxManager to:

  • send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or phishing,
  • process mail you have no right to access,
  • break the law or infringe the rights of others,
  • probe, overload or bypass the security or usage limits of the service,
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

04Connecting a mailbox

You connect Gmail or Outlook through the official Google API or Microsoft Graph with OAuth. You confirm that you own the mailbox or are authorized to connect it, including shared addresses and mailboxes of people who delegate to you. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time. How we handle mailbox data is described in our privacy policy.

05You approve every email that is sent

InboxManager creates drafts and saves them in your Drafts folder. It does not send email on its own, and no setting allows it to. A message is sent only when you, or a person you have authorized in your workspace, approves and sends it. You are responsible for the content of every message you send.

06AI output must be reviewed

Labels, summaries, drafts, reminders and briefings are produced by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. A summary can miss a detail and a draft can state something that is not true. Review every output before you rely on it or send it. InboxManager is not a source of legal, financial or other professional advice.

07Subscriptions and billing

InboxManager is sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices and plan contents are listed on the InboxManager pricing page. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method at each renewal. If a payment fails, we may retry it and limit access until it succeeds.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are final

Payments are final and are not refunded, except in the cases listed in our refund policy.

Plan changes

When you move to a more expensive plan or from monthly to yearly billing, the difference is charged right away and the new plan starts once that payment succeeds. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect without a refund of the difference.

08Usage limits

Each plan has limits per billing period, such as emails triaged, AI reply drafts, thread summaries, users, connected mailboxes and shared inboxes. Limits count consumption during the billing period. Deleting a message, a draft or a summary does not restore the allowance. No plan offers unlimited usage. When you reach a limit, the related feature pauses until the next billing period or until you move to a higher plan. Your current usage is shown in the app.

One-time demo

The demo on our website can be used once per visitor and is not a plan. It shows a limited result, and full results require an account and a subscription.

09Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, creates a security risk or has an unpaid balance. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using InboxManager and delete your account at any time.

10Intellectual property

The service, its software, design and brand belong to the operator of InboxManager. You keep all rights to your mail and to the drafts you send. You give us a limited permission to process your content only to provide the service to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11Disclaimers

InboxManager is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or that AI output will be correct. The availability of the service also depends on Gmail, Outlook and other third-party systems outside our control.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the statutory rights of consumers.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for significant changes, notify you by email before they take effect. If you continue to use InboxManager after that, you accept the new terms.
