How the monthly limits are counted

Each allowance counts what InboxManager produces in the billing period. A triaged email counts once when it gets its lane, a draft counts once when it is written and a summary counts once when it is created. Deleting a draft or archiving a thread does not give the count back. On yearly plans the limits apply to each month of the year. The app shows your usage for every allowance, and no plan is unlimited. When you need more, the next plan raises every limit at once.

  • Daily briefings are one per user per day on every plan
  • Users and connected mailboxes count how many are set up at the same time
  • Shared inboxes count how many team addresses are connected at the same time

Billing, cancelling and payments

You pay by card at checkout, monthly or yearly. Cancel any time from the billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, with no further charges. Payments are final. The only exceptions are a double charge, a charge you did not authorize and a complete outage of the service, as set out in the refund policy. Pricing questions

Which plan should I start with?

Pick by people and mailboxes. A founder or executive with one assistant and up to two mailboxes fits Starter. A team that shares info@ or support@ needs Plus or above, because shared inboxes start there.

Can I try InboxManager before choosing a plan?

There is a one-time demo on the home page that sorts and drafts a reply for an email you paste. Paid plans start at 24 USD per month billed yearly, or 49 USD billed monthly.

What happens when I reach a monthly limit?

The app shows how much of each allowance you have used. When one runs out, that part pauses until the next billing period starts, and you can move to a higher plan at any time to raise the limit right away.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly is charged straight away for the difference. Moving to a lower plan applies from your next billing period.

Do you send invoices for accounting?

Every payment comes with a receipt by email, and you can download past invoices from the billing page. Enterprise can also pay by invoice.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are final, with the exceptions listed in the refund policy.
